By accessing or using the Zen Pregnancy App (“App,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Zen Pregnancy App is a hypnobirthing, meditation, and pregnancy wellness application that provides:
- Guided hypnobirthing audio sessions
- Pregnancy meditations and relaxation tracks
- Birth affirmations and visualizations
- Pregnancy tools (contraction timer, kick counter, due date calculator)
- Sleep and relaxation content

3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account and Data
The App does not require account creation or email registration. Any personal information you provide (such as your name or trimester) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers both free and premium content:
- Free Content: Limited access to selected tracks and tools.
- Premium Subscription: Full access to all 60+ audio tracks, meditations, and features.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Apple’s terms and conditions. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zen Pregnancy App or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
- Share your subscription access with others
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Health and Safety
While using the App:
- Do not use the App while driving or operating machinery
- If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately
- The contraction timer and kick counter are informational tools only—always contact your healthcare provider for medical concerns
- The due date calculator provides estimates only and should not replace a professional medical assessment
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
